If you use FireFox or Safari, use the X button at the top right to close the browser. The close buttons will not function.

JavaScript must be enabled; If the first line at the top of this page reads -- JavaScript is disabled! -- then Login will not succeed.

To enable Javascript:

From the browser window, use the Tools menu item, then InternetOptions, then Security Tab, then Custom Level, then scroll down to the bottom of the list. Find Scripting and under Active Scripting select Enable. Then restart the browser.

To avoid typing in your user name each time, consider turning on AutoComplete for IE8: Goto Internet Options, then Content, then AutoComplete.
